THE DESIGN PROCESS. . . After our initial consultation, and if you are happy to proceed to the design stage, the conceptual stage begins. This will include, concept boards, sketches, spatial planning and sample selections.
Once a concept design is finalised between meetings and emails, the detail drawings are completed. This stage of the design process will include schematic designs, finishes and fixture selection and set out, layout and design, furniture selections, your Lighting plan, and any custom cabinetry, and window coverings.

The final design stage is the Developed Design Presentation, where you will receive your finalised Developed Design Drawings including 3D Perspectives, Detail Drawings, and Design Schedule. Construction and Installation follows.

An accurate Design fee is determined following the Initial Design Consultation and is a set fee. This fee does not include design items and trade fees. All works can be managed from brief to installation, with recommended local builders and trades.

DECORATING SERVICE. . . Decorating services can be utilised for projects requiring decorative elements only. Decorative items include but are not limited to, soft furnishing schemes, artwork sourcing and installation, finishes and fixtures, and styling. All items are sourced from quality local and national suppliers, with trade discounts where possible. We have access to a vast range of the most unique products in the field.

Decorating Fees for this service are provided after your Initial Design Consultation and packages start at $500.00 Inclu GST
